White Chocolate Biscoff Rocky Road

White chocolate, marshmallows, chocolate beans, caramel fudge, malted milk biscuits and honeycomb. A tasty treat for all the family to enjoy (definitely not one of our healthy options!)

To make; Remove the chocolate from the top of the packet, melt with 100g of butter or margarine. Add in all the dry ingredients and mix well. Press well into a lined dish or tray and place into the fridge to set.

Ingredients: White chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, full cream milk powder, whey powder (milk), vegetable fats (blend of palm, sal, shea, mango kernel oils). emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural flavouring),  malted milk biscuits (fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), palm oil, sugar, 6% barley malt extract, glucose syrup, dried whole milk, raising agents: ammonium carbonates, sodium carbonates; salt, flavouring). marshmallows (glucose – fructose syrup, sugar, water, gelatin, artificial caking agent: maize starch, flavouring, colours E100, E120, E131) chocolate flavour beans (sugar, vegetable oil (palm kernel), dried whey (milk), tapioca starch, fat reduced cocoa powder, colours (titanium dioxide, carmine, sulphate ammonia caramel, curcumin, beetroot red, mixed carotenes, brilliant blue), emulsifier (soya lecithin), stabiliser (sorbitan tristearate), vanilla flavoring, glazing agent (carnauba wax), honeycomb pieces (sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm oil), raising agent: sodium bicarbonate), caramel flavour fudge pieces (sugar, skimmed sweetend condensed milk, glucose syrup, fondant (sugar, glucose syrup), vegetable fat (palm oil), stabiliser: pectin, thickening agent: sodium alginate; flavouring.
